What are some of the bugs you'd change if you were to do it again?

Another item i struggle with is the tranny/rear-end.

using a 3 86 ish rear end with a 5 speed? I see you went with the 6 speed. I was curious whether or not you felt you were shifting gears constantly...or if on the highway you EVER use 6th.
With all the torque these LS engines have (when you build them over 600hp) i figured a tremec 5 speed would be enough....
