    Hi Terry,
    Yes, I've got them. As far as fitting on a 97, I don't know of any changes to the seats that occurred during the entire C5 run (97-04) but you might want to do a little research just to verify. I'd hate for you to buy them then figure out there was some little alteration to the earliest design. - Jim
