I already found the shifter video, they make it look pretty easy. I already have the factory carbon fibre dash but now have the very small CF rectangular piece that replaces the black plastic that surrounds the three little switches to the left of the steering wheel. Can I just remove the left bottom of the dash to gain enough access to replace it or do I need to do more removal? Also have the CF steering wheel bezel, do I have to pull the air bag out to replace the bezel?

The best video and instructions I have seen are the ones for installing the MGW shifter. This installation involves removing the console and there is a step by step video on youtube and on the MGW web site. It is not very hard at all. Good luck.
