    yeah i know it was hyd flat.... i did have the time to see if they had something close to it in a solid and the springs should be good for about 600 lift.... may i ask do u have any cams that come to mind that are solid that will let me run my 3500 stall i have in the car already..... id like to do a max rpm of 6500 to 7 k i can get a better single plane if needed with longer runners im just worried about hood clearence cuz its damn close with my torker II and eledebrock carb i have on the 350 i have in there now....

    i know u switch to a glide and such
    and urs is a 383 with 195's i think dunno what cam u have....

    but i was see from ur times what u think my 80 would run???
    mine before i removed the a/c and 12 bolt swap was 3180 with me in it...

    but the motor i have building now i think is close to urs
    383
    11.2.1 compression
    i dont have the cam but was think extreme energy 294 on 1.6 solid flat tappet
    AFR 210 elmins with flat tappet springs
    exceloator intake
    830 carb
    turbo 350 3500 stall and 4 10's

    im not expecting 10 o's like u.... do u think ill be in the 10.90 range?

    Try this guy. Brad Maynard That is his user name on the forum. I was looking for just a clutch fork spring and he offered the fork assembly. I bought other stuff from him and he is on the level.
