I'm not sure how familiar you are with our TVS system so I will give you some background information. Our Eaton-TVS supercharger is the same style and technology of supercharger that comes standard on the 2009 ZR1. The ZR1 uses a 6.2 liter LS9 with an Eaton-TVS 2300cc supercharger creating 638hp at the crankshaft. We have developed a complete engine package utilizing the 1900cc Eaton-TVS supercharger for the LS7 7.0 liter which provides 856hp at the crankshaft. We not only addressed extreme power output with our TVS system, we also took into consideration cooling, oiling, and driveability. We test all of our products on the road course and our TVS system is the first forced induction set-up we have tested that we can run all weekend in extreme heat and not have any problems with overheating. The low intake air temperature of the TVS combined with our upgraded TVS cooling system we have added to our system keeps coolant temps below 210 and oil temps below 240 no matter how hard we run the car. Though you may never take your car to a road course, you will have the peace of mind knowing that in stop and go traffic in the summer heat or any other situation you put your Z06 in will be no problem. Our TVS system safely and reliably gives the Z06 around 730 rear wheel hp (850hp at the crankshaft) and 646 ft/lbs of torque (760ft/lbs at the crankshaft) with only 7.5lbs of boost while still maintaining excellent street manners. The most amazing thing about the TVS is the torque curve which you can see in the dynograph. With the TVS your Z06 will have over 600 ft/lbs of torque at the rear wheels at only 2600rpms! There is no boost lag with the TVS like in other superchargers. At any speed or rpm boost is abundant. Since the TVS system provides this mountain of power at only 7.5lbs of boost the factory shortblock is more than capable of handling the TVS. We do offer a boost upgrade which raises the boost to 11lbs but we require forging the internals to due so. When we forge the internals of a short block we do so with only top quality components and the typical charge for this is around $7000. If you would like the added security of a forged bottom end with the base boost package we can do that as well. The TVS is a complete turn key car conversion which includes much more than the supercharger system.

The price of the Eaton-TVS package installed on an LS7 Z06 is $19995.00 which includes all of the following

-Eaton-TVS supercharger system and all accessories

-MTI Racing TVS supercharger hood (Two hood options)

-MTI Racing proprietary cylinder head assemblies complete with valvetrain

-MTI Racing camshaft

-Billet 8-rib drive and harmonic balancer

-Billet accessory drive

-MTI Racing TVS severe duty radiator and integral oil cooler

-MTI Racing TVS upgraded oiling system which adds remote oil filter and oil cooler

-12 month/12,000mile warranty

This system is about half of the price of a Lingenfelter twin turbo and out performs it in almost every category.

To install the Eaton-TVS package your Z06 must already have a cold air intake, a header/x-pipe, and hi-flow catalytic converters so the engine can breath properly. Our stage 1 engine upgrade includes all of those items plus a few others. Normal price on our Z06 Stage 1 engine upgrade is $4500 but we offer our stage 1 upgrade for $3000 when an Eaton-TVS is purchased. If your Z06 already has any of these components and they are compatible with the TVS we will give you credit towards the price of your install.

We do also recommend upgrading your factory clutch to our single disc ceramic metallic clutch which is rated up to 1000hp. This clutch is $1050.00. Normal clutch installation labor is $900. We have discounted this labor amount to $400 when combined with the purchase of our TVS system.

Here is an inpromptu video showing our owner taking the first TVS Z06 we delivered on one of it's first test drives. Notice the mild nature of the system at idle and in normal driving. We will have a better video within a week or so of another TVS car which will show more in-car as well as out-of-car driving video.
