Thanks, Rich, I very much appreciate your kind words. After the best 3-1/2 years in both our lives, it looks like Karen will pass into another world soon. I will be going from unimaginable good luck to unbearable loss. The only good in this at the moment is that Karen is perfectly at peace and has calmly accepted her fate; her courage is luminous. She is still in relatively good condition, so we can hold hands and talk a lot.

In case you haven't seen it, there's an online video of our wedding at http://www.santacruzsentinel.com/nat...ng/ci_11305853

I heard about everything going on in your life and wanted to wish you the very best from both Carrie and I.

Thanks, John. I'm assembling parts for when I get my 67's engine rebuilt later this year. This definitely will not balloon into a "while I'm at it, I may as well rebuild the suspension and differential" sort of project, but I do want to use the best parts when it all goes back together. For example, I'm upgrading to 2.5-inch exhaust manifolds and a 62-65 trap-door oil pan and windage tray. The real agony is deciding on a hydraulic camshaft, but I'll settle that in the next couple of weeks.

Now to go and order the Pertronix wires online ... thanks again.

    Best regards,

    Louie

Hi, Louie - I haven't used them myself, but several others have and say they were the correct length and fit OK.

    Regards, John
