Can a C6 interior Sunvisor/Vanity Mirror fit in a C5?

I just did this a week ago. First you need a nav unit ( U3U ) option code, part number 20856087 out of a 2011 or newer car. I found one for 350.00 on the corvette forum and it turned out to be almost perfect. Then you need to purchase a GPS antenna and they are around 50.00. Then you need to buy a nav disc which GM released a new one this year, cost this month will be around 172.00. Then google on how to install it and you can find detailed instructions on how to do that. It takes about 2 hrs. Once you put the used unit in, you'll get a message displayed theftlock is activated. Then you have to find someone with a GM tech 2 tool or a dealer to reset the unit to your car. I paid 25.00 to a local mechanic which takes 5-10 minutes, but the dealer will get around 100.00 to do it. Then you need to google a 2011 nav manual and save the PDF to your computer
