Tim, you are more than welcome that is what friendship is all about. I can get you the MSD wires and plugs just let me know if you want them and I will get you the total cost. I like the NGK plugs and don't mess with the split fires, I go with what has worked for me.

Hello Tim, a warm thanks from California, for the rating. I agree with you, white is still a beautiful color, but of course, any color on a Vet looks beautiful. The form of the Vet is so amazingly neat it goes well with any colors.

Hey Tim, It is totally safe to put in the 160 degree thermostat without changing the computer. However, your cars coolant temps will remain as if it still had the stock thermostat. The easiest way to get your engine fans running when you want them is to bypass the ECM by using a byspass switch from Southern Car Parts. The unit is very easy to install and use and it allows you to turn on the fans either high or low as needed. Here is a link to take you to, http://www.southerncarparts.com/corv...tch-p-721.html

Hi Tim , Sorry it took me awhile to answer . Re: ZO6 vs. Z51 oil cooler ...I have an A6 which I do not think has the oil cooler , but my impression is the Manual Z51 does . I know that my Z51 comes up to 150 degrees in 3 miles of driving , so that would make sense to me . But I have a head / cam package on that car and the tuner/ installer increased my oil pressure on purpose [ for lubrication reasons I think ]. If you have the automatic / paddle shift , I doubt you have a factory installed oil cooler . BTW , I've always really liked those blue Vettes , especially when clean and sitting in the bright sun , just beautiful . Best wishes , Larry R. Quinn
