Nice looking motor.... I too have an engine factory stroker, but am running a 750 Holley DP.
I have the 2007 475hp 383.... sounds awesome, goes hard, but it doesn't have as much torque as I expected.... more than likely due to my cam grind. I am considering a fuel injection upgrade, to improve lower rpm torque and driveability, and am interested to know what the specs are of your motor......... eg which AFR heads, cam, and FI system - manifold, injector size and ECU?
Did engine factory do the complete build including the FI, or did you install that after receiving your motor..
Have you run your car up on a dyno, and established actual SAE rear wheel horsepower/torque?
I've currently managed to get 325 rwhp at 5500, and 365 rwlb-ft at 3750 from my 475hp engine factory 383.
I was expecting ~380 rwhp, with more torque... I'm hoping a change to FI might get me there, along with easier starting, better throttle response and better cruising economy.
I'd be keen to hear if you've got any 1/4 mile E'T's and trap speeds too...
