I had the dealer examine a crack in the front fender that has no apparent cause. Body shop mgr and painter agree that it's a BG gobbed up repair they painted over and after some heat and 500 miles is cracking again, AND it appears to be spreading further. They want to refinish the entire fender, which I understand, and possibly have to blend it into the door to match. I was afraid there were issues that led to this car being lost for the better part of a month. FWIW
