    Biography
USMC (Vietnam Vet), NYPD Detective, Business Owner. Retired comfortably at 48. My first drag race was against a Chevy 409 during the spring of 1965. I blew the 409 off with my new tri-powered GTO. I was 16 and had the hottest girl in the neighborhood at my side. There was simply no going back after that race.

Peter, the Killer Bee dynos at 10 RWHP over stock, and we have plenty of dynos done by Katech, Carlos, Livernois MS, and many others that validate this. The intake they dynoed was our KB 1st generation, not the KB2. The stock ECM adds fuel to the motor when it is that hot and it sees the "NEW" air from our intake, which causes a loss at the rear wheel. This is the Cat Overtemp Protection fuel enrichment, which when you are moving and have the Beehive onboard, never happens on the street.

The Killer Bee II dynoed +15 HP on the Katech engine dyno, which is the gold standard in dyno tests.

Lastly, the company that did the dyno is an intake manufacturer Late Model Racecraft, which competes with Halltech on the Camaro induction. I have the dyno results of that test which shows .4 RWHP for their gain, and +14.2 RWHP for ours. Maybe that is not related, but when a competitor dynos our product, it removes objectivity from the results. Jim Hall
