Hey Mike, good to hear from you. I have been enjoying the 71. It's been a short Summer though and now looks like we're skipping over Fall and going straight to Winter. Haven't done much to the 71 yet as I have been focusing all of my attention on the 69 being that it's in about 100 thousand pieces. I have a bare frame on the garage floor and a body on a homebuilt dolly as we speak. Hoping to have that one ready for the cruise next year so I'm trying to get to that majic breakpoint where all I have to do is work on reassembly through the Winter. My father visited this summer (also a Vette-Head) and brought back so many memories he went out and bought another one now too. I tried to talk him into your 79 but he doesn't like the rear windows in them. He ended up getting a 76 with 70K miles on it in pristine condition. Anyway, I'll probably be driving the 71 yet next year and then it will go into frame off disassembly mode. Take care Mike and keep in touch!

    Hi Terry,
Saw your post and thought I'd send you a PM. Are you enjoying the 71? I have to say I sure do miss it. Keep me posted when you do the resto on it. I'd like to see it when it's done.

PS I still have my yellow 79 if want to trade.
    Mike
