Ya, I haven't read any of those threads yet but knowing how the fuel system works that doesn't sound like a good idea. Just my 2 cents. I'm not going to bore you with the technical details unless you ask. My first try was something like that and it does not work correctly.

Have you ever seen a car with the A&A fuel system installed? It is scary as hell with that fitting in the bottom of the tank is so close to so many things including the ground (wasn’t for me). They also run the fuel line up the side of the car (reminds me of the old chevy trucks that caught fire when t boned). Plus you just bored a hole in a very expensive part. I was asking about the tuning of such a set up and the bump that I thought you would feel when that second pump came on line. There was no straight answer for my question so I can only assume it could definitely be felt. I don't think they ever did (RSI) make a system for the late 03 and 04 models but I think they were thinking about it. I go back and read some of the post I had on that thread and laugh about a few that talk about their systems but don't post the info so somebody else might be able to use it. I had some R&D that sucked because of the complexity of the Corvettes fuel system but it was worth it for sure. I didn’t go back and look at my info but I think the whole system cost me 1000.00 (maybe) in parts. I would love to make them but I am so busy building other cars I have no time.

Funny you ask that, I just bought a mill to mess with and make things like the fuel sender hat I had a friend mill out for me. I have to be careful RSD? was threatening me with a patent they applied for and I told him to give me the number so I could look it up the never heard from them again. It is somewhat of a pain in the ass to get the tanks out without pulling the driveline but I did it so many times I got to where I knew where everything was to unhook and how far to twist it to release it. I does work great and nothing OEM is changed so it can be put back to factory with no parts cost. I never run out of fuel anymore either.
