    Hi Norm - polished with clear coat or without clear coat? With clear coat it's like washing them every time i wash the car - wax them with Rejex about twice a year. Polished without clear coat means using metal polish like Mothers or Vasol and a buffer. Once a year. Last year at carlisle I bought an aluminum polishing kit from Busch which many guys swear by. I have not used it yet though. It buffs aluminum to a high shine and is supposed to r

    Jack - I got a GM warranty/safety recall notice in the mail last week about a headlight low beam jumper wire that you might want to look into on your '06... Got the same letter on my '08 as well.
