    Hello Porchdog,
After reading quite a few of your posts it sounds like you're a big fan of SPI Epoxy Products. I'm a few months away from starting the priming/painting process on my '63 Corvette.(Conv.) I'd like to go with a lacquer topcoat (Ermine White) but I'm not sure which undercoats to use. How does this order of succession sound to you? #1. SPI Epoxy primer. #2.Slick Sand #3. Sealer (SPI Epoxy Primer?)#4. Lacquer topcoat. (Possibly/Probably PPG). I have painted several Corvettes w/ lacquer, MANY years ago.
I'd appreciate any help/tips that you might be able to pass along. Thank you!
    Regards, Bob Lovgren, Waukegan, IL.
