    On my 1989 Vett the horn stoped working. I checked the horn and it is making contact, I changed the horn relay and also checked the connectios for power. There was none. I checked the wiring diagram and it showes the horn gets power all the time, no fuse, but there is a ciruit breaker someware. I have no idear what it looks like or where it is. I need some help.
