I’ve never asked 2 of the most important things regarding replacing this part of the exhaust. I have no idea if this is fact;

Somebody on the forum said that the exhaust between the 98 and 99 are different. Is there in fact any difference between the 2?

Since my reason for reversing the problem with the H pipe being removed;

Will the fact that these cats have so many more miles on them than mine have any effect on power loss?

I don’t want to be a pain in the ass for you, but it only makes sense to ask these questions.
