I came across a thread on HPT regarding MAP/BARO sensor and LS9 MAP kit you offer. I have a 2016 C7 stingray with an ECS kit, ARH LT's, and Alky Meth. ECS did the build. The car goes good in the 1/8 mile ( high 6's at 106-108) but only traps 132 on a 10.40-50. What happens is the car lays flat in 5th, as if it is experiencing knock. I have not logged it yet as I need to get together with my buddy who has HPT soon. The car is very flat in 5th and I feel should trap 5-6 MPH with 10.5 PSI it makes now. I noticed you have a kit you offer for these cars that uses the LS9 MAP. What can you tell me? All I know is ECS did relocate the IAT near the TB, but they haven't shared much with me yet. Hi Dsteck I found you on the forum search for E-85 conversions. I have a NA 08 LS3 that I want to do a E-85 conversion on. The car currently makes 535- 540 RWHP on 93 octane gas. In doing some research on E-85 conversions I came across an add for a kit from DMS (dedicated motorsport) for a flex fuel kit for 2005-2013 C6 Corvettes that allows the use of either E-85 or 93 premium gas with HP Tuners and an experienced tuner on a dyno. The kit includes a GM flex fuel sensor and is plug and play as far as instillation is concerned. Supposedly this kit will auto correct the tune for the % ethanol. I know new injectors and a higher capacity fuel pump are also required. Have you any experience with this DMS conversion kit? Any suggestions for a fuel pump and upsized injectors

I'm glad your car is running cool and solid.

What is your car? year? and do you have an engine cooler?
Did you do any extra sealing on the A&A shroud and in between?

Dewitts radiator and factory fan don't seal very well and I thought upgrading to dual spal fans will solve the issue (it helped little bit)

I'm not sure what is the root cause till now... and i'm in the process to give up

I guess that explains why you were not forthcoming with a hub side spline count; I certainly hope they are 33 spline, and match the new SKF hubs I recently acquired - BAR 5055. The inner CV will be replaced with Viper 3rd Gen hubs for output from a Viper Dana SD 44 differential connected to Viper T56 and TT Hemi, all packaged in a shortened 2006 Z06 aluminum frame and suspension with coilovers. Hopefully you have the original GM boxes, about 7x7x35 like the ones holding two new GM half shafts 15891870 that I need to sell, since they are 30 spline. Friday or Saturday is fine for shipping, as I have plenty to work on in the interim.
