i havent fixed it yet i will be in PA all this week so i wont be able to look at it . I plan on doing it next weekend i will let you know.

Did you get your timing issue fixed? It might be worth it to pull the timing cover and see if maybe you were a tooth off on the chain. Not hard to do. That would certainly make things difficult and I remember working on an old Ford 390 that had a timing issue with no power. Turned out to be the chain was one tooth off mark.
