    Hello,

I saw your profile on the corvette forums and also saw that we are not too far away. I have a problem with my car and not one person is able to figure it out in the past two years. It is a 1987 350 tpi. It has 1400 miles on it. From day one it has only been getting 10 mpg. and runs with out power. The problem is that after it warms up and goes in to closed loop, when you step on the gas the blm's rise to 155 or so.

Now why they go so high , that is the problem. Everything on the engine is brand new, every sensor has been replaced, maybe even twice. Computer, O2 sensor, coolant temp sensor, tps sensor, idle control valve and so on. The intake has been sprayed with carb cleaner and smoked. No leaks found. the engine is 100% stock other than the exhaust from the front to back. Headers , it had a new converter, but then hollowed it out, and flowmaster cat back.

    Let me know , thanks

    Nick

    Thanks,
    Angelo
