    DWC4, you're welcome! Glad it helped you. It cost me $156, but that was worth all the time and headaches I went thru for over a week trying to solve the problem. What hacks me is that the manual says, in TWO places, to turn the switch all the way clockwise.

    If you ever visit our tiny town, let me know and we'll meet up. I never get to the Denver area, or at least try not to - LOL!
