- I purchased my first corvette in Maitland FL in 1984. It was a Mulssanne blue on blue 270 hp automatic. It was sold to make way for a new job in Dallas TX and I was out of the scene for a couple of years. My next vette was a '69 Convertible 350hp 4-spd. It had few options but was a blast to drive. I sold it in 1993 and went without for a few years until I purchased my 77. Now I just cruise around and enjoy the scenery.
