    Biography
Had corvettes early in my life then couldn't afford them any more. Got into everything else. Finally decided to abandon everything else and just recently got back into the vette scene. Concentrating on C1 only so that I can become better familiar with the one model rather than several. I still cannot afford a completed car, I have to settle for something less and make it better. But it works well for my needs.

Dan: Thank you for your interest in my valve covers. I am not the best at computers and therefore can't attach pic's to this forum. Please send me an e-mail at eneergbob739.charter.net. Others have replied to my positing and I am replying in the order received to be fair to all. No committments yet, just requests for pics so they are still available.

    Regards,

    Bob

I've flew the Mang Yang pass almost after every mission. Always had to be on alert when doing so and at that time there was an ARVN outpost on top, they thought it was fun to take a few shots at us occasionally. Used to p;@# me off. Our main mission was in conjunction with CCC on the trail around Dak To, Dak Sieng and Plei seirang(spelling?) and the triborder area. What fun we had. Don't get with many vets, still a hard thing to do for me. Anyway, nice to talk to you.

welcome home. I am familar with the 57th ahc, somehow, cant remember why. Perhaps its thru the reunions of VHCMA (vietnam helicopter crewmans assoc). Every year, crewmen, and a few pilots, have a reunion in differant places around the country. This year its in Atlanta,in july.Their site has more info. Flew into Pliekue and An Khe many a time. Do you remember the Mang Yang pass? Its where the French Foriegn Legionairs were wiped out and buried standing up, facing France...a few years ago, they dug them up and returned them to france.shrug,I thought it was fitting.Maybe will see you at a reunion...pretty sure there are 57th folks there.
