- My bio who cares...My 1965's bio well I don't know too much. I believe I am the second owner, though I bought it through a consignment place so I never got to meet the original owner. I've owned it since 1987, at which time I paid $18k for her in Florida, and drove almost 2000 miles home burning a valve in El Paso, so she got to ride the rest of the way on a flatbed. I was 22 and probably insane but she was to be my only car replacing the one and only new car I have ever owned that was totale
