    First let me wish you a Merry Christmas. That 427 sounds great. I too was considering one,even got a few quotes from our better Corvette Forum sponsors. But I will stick with the original plan and wait til 2015 and hope I like the C7.

    I retired out of Guam as the Maint Super but my background is all Ammo (munitions maint) about 28 yrs. Prior to Guam I was the USAFE HQ Munitions Functional Mgr at Ramstein and prior to that I ran Tech Training for Munitions Maint, Munitions Supply and Nuc Weapons at Lowry before they closed.

    I agree we might see another price drop in Jan once the C7 is revealed. I can't wait and especially enjoy all the mystique surrounding the marketing of this new Vette.

    How the hell did a fighter jock get that handle? I too have a monty red coupe and am retired USAF.
