- Love having a project! Have a big garage with lots of room, so enjoy the heck out of popping down a spinning some wrenches! Never too much at one time (usually!), maybe an hour or two. Just completed a redo of my Nova that I've owned since 1978. 509 BBC, Turbo 400, etc. Redid the entire subframe; blasted, powder coated, tubular control arms, urethane bushings, and all stainless nuts and bolts. It was more enjoyable doing it than having it done! So, I dove right into the Corvette project.
