    From what I remember you use string to hold the brushes inside the motor out of the way so the motor can be reassembled. It worked well.

    Dear LAvetteman,
    I have a '90 convertible, polo green. Back in October of 2007, schrade did a "sticky" on C4 headlight repair with pictures. Unfortunately, the pictures are gone. You have commented about the fishing line trick used to get the motor back in. Can you please tell me the trick if you remember? I guess the original picture told the tale. Thanks in advance.
