- I was born in 1967 and so was my car. I bought a 1975 (1st one) corvette when I was 19 and never looked back. I have owned 17 corvettes over the years including my favorites; 92 ZR1, 66 convertable, 65 coupe, 67 400hp convertable, 67 390hp convertable with a/c, and currently own a 66 L79 coupe and 67 435hp convertable.
