    Yes, they are for 1976 models. I removed one of my normal mufflers and held the Targa muffler up in place and it appears to fit. The pipes are 2 1/2" dia. so you may need a reducer if you still have the 2" stock pipes (like I have....). This is the reason why the previous owner did not install the pipes.
