I' m running Dart pro 1's with Moroso aluminum tall valve covers on mine with Moroso stud and wing nuts had same problem went to the local fastenall bolt store and got a 1/4"longer stud and used the hold down nuts from the kit works fine unless you purchased the one piece style then it is not gonna work.
