Hey Don and Joanne, Happy New Year. Hope all is well with both of you. As for my vette, I'm going to have to pull the head. The top of the valve stem is worn down too far. i just noticed that the screw in stud is cut a 1/4 way through from the rocker arm. I found a site online that sells the comp rocker arm and pushrod ( just 1 ) rather the complete set. I'll have to look at the lifter too. Oh, I tried to contact Eric by sending him a PM. He hasn't responded. I sent a few. Lori's husband. I was asking him about the Tilt/Tele column he had. Any way you can get a hold of him? Tony

Hi Don, long time buddy. Been following the post on the trip to Solvang. I don't think Lorene and I will be making it. Lorene has slowed down quite a bit since the last time we saw you. The 5 hr drive might be a bit for her. Plus, getting in and out of the vette would be hard for her. She has a little hard time getting out of our Acura TL. Wish we could do it though. Going to Vegas for a few days. Meeting her best friend from Hawaii.
Later we'll be heading to Florida to visit our daughter. Spend time with her. For us, it's one day at a time. Hope all is well with you and Joanne. talk to you later. Tony

Bee Jay, Randy, Muddy and Thomas.

Hey, so I’m gathering all this info on legitimately developing our California Stingray club. How far do we want to go? There is a shit load of initial item’s that need to be addressed before we even can consider ourselves a club or legally own the clubs name. Like IRS issues, Federal tax I.D. number, simple, yet need to be addressed. I’m not trying to be discouraging just looking for some help and in which direction you guys want to take this.
I’ll be unavailable for the next several days out floating somewhere around the Channel Islands but we need to get a handle on how far we want to go with this. Think about it and please get back with me.
And yes Don, I’ll be sporting an empty bottle of Rumple Mintz by the time I return to port…well, at least one empty bottle.

    I think I’m going to need a bigger boat…….

Not sure where I'm supposed to post Todd...right here or your profile page. Yep, have to agree...ton of fun! What kind of vessel is, Truth of SB? Sounds like fun for sure. On the way out to the house today (coming from Joanne's) I stopped by OSH and picked up some 8" SS bolts that I need for the Santana 22 trailer... Be tossing her in the big blue very soon!!!

Regarding the hours on the GTG road...not sure, but a lot!! I agree with Bee Jay, Pismo would be good...next to the ocean...which would make it much cooler too! Needless to say, being at PB the GTG could span different months due to the coolness there!

I'll pop your Tweeker Headz (meth head) in the slow mail within the next couple of days!! I'll incluce the original packaging as well....just in case it works for you, it has the makers phone # on it for more orders. I lace the jig with a Big Texan Beaver Tail (which I'll include)I then lace the Beaver Tail with Bass vagina scent!!! LOL Fish on!!!

Hey!!! Toooo much fun last weekend, can't wait to do it again. Gonna head out to the islands again this weekend for a 3 night sleep out on the Truth of of Santa Barbara, Kayaking, hike the islands, fish a little and yes I may bring a bottle of that poisen you poured down my throat Saturday night. How many travel hours did you have on Saturday to Solvang? I might be trying to figure something different out for next year.
    Meth head.

    Hi Muddy:

For people who belong to the NCGA ( and have an established handicap which is probably most golfers) the green fees are from $55 week days to $75 Friday thru Sunday. Just letting you know. Good luck
