    I never changed to the Z06 grille because I think the larger openings just allow more road debris to get through to the radiator, and I don't mind the chrome trim of the stock Stingray grille. I do know that you have to be careful not to break off the tab that holds the corner of the bumper next to the headlights or it will not go back on right. I think I have seen a photo somewhere, but basically there is a tab that fits into a bracket to hold down that small section next to the headlights. Even if it does not break, some have had problems getting the bumper to lay down flush when re-installed. see the 6 minute mark of this video.

    Here is a photo of the bracket with the clips that hold the bumper cover next to the headlights. Looks like you need to carefully pull straight up.
