Sorry for not responding sooner. I just saw this message. To answer your original question, like you, I originally wanted these wheels in chrome, but the salesman from MRR talked me out of chrome and into the polished & clear coated finish. When I first took them out of the box, I was not at all sure I liked them, and nearly sent them back. I then got them all out of their boxes and inspected them in different lighting. They grew on me, and I decided I would hold onto the wheels.

When my car arrived, I had the dealer install the wheels, and all I can say is "WOW", they looked absolutely perfect, especially against the Red Mist paint. The sales manager at the dealership said that THESE are the wheels that SHOULD have come on the C8 to start with. I have a good friend in the local Corvette club that has these wheels in chrome on his C8, and I must say, I actually like the polished wheels better, definitely a classier look.
