Thanks for the tip. Smart move with kick panel speakers. My dash pad is shot ,I want to replace the pad along with the speakers.Right now I'm rebuilding the front suspension, using the polyurethane bushings. I hope that's not a mistake. I read they squeek.

Heh this is vett_20 my name is Ian you seem on same page as me my vette is even same color .so u have a drop base with a 2inch filter and does it hit at all when motor torques up at all ,thought might hit on acceleration.Have u a pic of engine bay at all.I am just doing my motor but thought i would get this fitting first so i dont have problems when putting back together when i will be anxious to drive it.
