    Happy New Year!
It's Vladimir here. Well, I was able to limp home 90 miles on a "half-mounted" serpentine belt. The pulley that I bought was not the right one, so the belt was only riding on half of the pulley face. Everytime I accelerated, I was afraid that it would slip off. It was embarrassing to drive home 90 miles in the slow lane with everybody honking at me!! Thanks for your help that day. Much appreciated.

I'm curious as to what kind of work you do. I'm an electrical engineer working at Northrop Grumman in Redondo Beach, and sometimes I interface with you programmer guys.

    Thanks again for the help!
    -Vladimir
