Serial numbers are sequential from the first SSR produced thru the 2005 model year. Normally serial numbers start new each year but not with the SSR.

THIS IS A GENERAL MOTORS GMAC/NUVELL FINANCING INCENTIVE THAT IS
INCREMENTAL TO MOST OTHER ELIGIBLE INCENTIVES. THIS ALLOWANCE IS
AVAILABLE ON ELIGIBLE DELIVERIES TO CUSTOMERS WHO EITHER LEASE OR
FINANCE THEIR VEHICLE THROUGH GMAC OR NUVELL. THIS PROGRAM IS AVAILABLE ON DELIVERIES TO RESIDENTS OF THE WESTERN
REGION ONLY.
IMPORTANT PROGRAM NOTES:
# - THE CUSTOMER MUST FINANCE THE VEHICLE THROUGH GMAC OR NUVELL TO BE
ELIGIBLE FOR THIS PROGRAM. THEY MAY USE EITHER A SUPPORTED OR
NON-SUPPORTED (STANDARD) SMARTLEASE/SMARTBUY OR APR PROGRAM.
- FOR GMAC SMARTLEASE/SMARTBUY CONTRACTS, THIS ALLOWANCE MUST BE
