Airbag cutoff instructions online or email?

Anyone have the instructions online or in a pdf that you can send me? My cutoff arrived today but I got two copies of the instructions in French and one in Spanish.

GM got us again. We run into this every once in a while. I will have Tom mail a copy of the instructions IN ENGLISH to you. We haven't had this problem in about 6 months so quit double checking the kits when they came in.
