Default SERVICE at Fichtner

It seemed bizarre at the time but I bought my 2007 coupe from Fichtner Chevrolet over internet. It all worked out OK and I drove my new car home while snow was falling,

Since then I've had several go-arounds with local Chevrolet dealers over a clunking noise from the suspension. This month I went to the 71st National Folk Music Festival in Butte, Montana, a few hundred miles from Fichtner. I invested in a motel room and presented my problem to Fichtner Chevrolet.

That same morning I was on my way back with new sway bar links: the noise was gone. Popping noises from the top were also gone. Funny, with those noises gone it felt like a new car again. Even my wife was impressed.

No "emoticon" on this post: my big smile is REAL! Thanks to Ken.

Hey Bill!

Thanks for your business and the confidence that you placed in us by purchasing your new Corvette from us.

I guess our aim is pretty good 'cause we AIM to PLEASE! It was our pleasure to have you stop and allow us to take care of your concerns. It's always remarkable when we hear stories how other Chevy dealers can't satisfy a customer's service concerns!

Stop again soon...

Ken

Having met Ken and his uncle (I believe it was his uncle .............. I was still recovering from Sturgis. ) on several trips over the past few years, I can state w/o question that when the time comes in a few years that I'm again in the market for a new Vette, I will give Ken a shot. It would be worth the trip up from TX .
