Gentlemen,
I purchased some touch-up paint from you 4/9/06 using your web site. I haven't received anything as of today. I sent an e-mail to 'parts@fichtnerchevrolet.com' on 4/21/06, but have not received a reply.

The printed receipt shows Order 5821. Please let me know what the status is.

Craig,

Your paint was backordered from GM for a short period of time but has come in and was shipped off to you. You should have received an email thru FEDX with the tracking # etc. If you don't receive your paint by the middle of next week at the latest give us a call at 800-234-5284.
