Gm Buypower Question

Ken and/or others, I've noted that on the GM Buypower site most Z06 units are posted until a retail transaction is posted. In my limited experience this includes units which are pre-sold. I've also noted the dealer I have a deposit with never has any of their Z06 units listed in Buypower. Even the unit that is sitting on the show-room floor today and is not sold. So either I do not understand how this site works or the this dealer figured out a method to surpress the units from showing. This is even true of the Jeff Hardy search tool which I suspect uses web-services and access the same datafiles as Buypower. How can a dealer aviod Buypower and would GM Corp care? I think this dealership is attempting to hide information from those who have deposits with them for units at MSRP. Please help me understand how this sales tool works.
