Other than replacing the best color DSOM - looks pretty much like this year.

Default Competition Grey Wheel option for $295

Can you get me this option from the factory at $295?
I already bought a 2005 but this option came out later in the year so I didn't even know about it or have a chance to get it.

zeeman,

Late last summer Chevrolet mailed every Chevrolet dealer a letter that clearly displayed the number of Z06 Corvette allocations that a dealer could expect for the first half year of production. Chevrolet has now mailed a second letter to every dealer indicating the number of Z06 Corvette allocations for the second half year of production.

The majority of Chevrolet dealers won’t even receive 1 Z06 allocation! The Corvette Z06 will be an extremely limited model.

We began taking deposits over 3 years ago. We expected to receive 3 allocations and have accepted 15 deposits. Thus we are sold out for 5 years. Now that we have received both of our allocation letters we are disappointed that we will only be able to sell 1 Z06 this year. Unless production is increased next year we are going to have a large number of disappointed customers.

Our pricing policy has and will remain the same. We are selling the Z06 at MSRP without any additional charges.

I am sorry that I cannot accept an order from you. Best wishes in your hunt for the best Corvette ever.

LS WON,
The pricing for regular production options as published in the GM price schedule only applies to items installed at the plant during production.
Email our parts department at: parts@fichtnerchevrolet.com for current CorvetteForum member pricing. We sell all parts and accessories at GM dealer wholesale prices without sales tax and without exhorbidant shipping and handling charges.

Have a great day all,

Ken Fichtner
