Default GMPP Newsletter-4/9/05

Well it has been (2) weeks since the last newsletter and I have been busy filling GMPP orders for all of you great customers. I am receiving about an average of 75-80 EMails daily and about 40-50 calls so I try very hard to get back to everyone at least within (2) hours of the Email or phone call. It seems like I sell a GMPP to a customer and within a couple of days I get a phone call from a personal friend, relative or neighbor of them and they are interested in a warranty also. I just sold a plan yesterday to a gentlemen on his 4x4 pickup that has purchased at least (3) other plans for his Corvette and for his parents vehicles. It is such an honor to have customers like this that think so much of my service to them to do this. THANK YOU. The new C6 plan has really taken off, doing upwards of 10 a day on this car. People want the coverage on all the electronics in this car and have realized how much more reasonable the plan is if purchased under 12 months and 12K on their cars. This goes for everyone who has a vehicle under this, now is the time to purchase whether a C6, C5, Trailblazer, Etc, Etc. Again thank you to all of my loyal customers day in day out, month in month out and year in year out. Again here are some of the more frequently asked questions thrown at me daily:

When does a GM Protection Plan begin? The term and mileage of coverage is calculated from the date of contract purchase and the current odometer mileage on the vehicle. There are two forms of pricing available:New and Used. "New" consists of any vehicle that has been in service up to 12 months and up to 12,000 miles on the odometer. "Used" is any vehicle that has been in service for more than 12 months and up to 12,000 miles on the odometer.

When does a GM Protection Plan end?
Vehicle service contracts purchased on all vehicles end at the time or mileage selected. All vehicle service contracts and Smart Care vehicle maintenance contracts end at the time or mileage selected (whichever comes first) calculated from the date of contract purchase and odometer mileage at time of contract purchase. For example, a 24,000-mile plan, purchased for a vehicle with 40,000 miles, will end when the odometer reaches 64,000 miles (unless the time period expires first).

Are vehicles other than GM models covered under the GM Protection Plan?
Yes. Non-GM vehicles sold through GM dealers and affiliated GM dealers are covered.

Can I renew or extend a GM Protection Plan?
In most cases, yes. Coverage can be renewed anytime during the manufacturer's warranty. After the manufacturer's warranty has expired, coverage can be renewed if the existing GMPP/MRP contract has at least three months and 3,000 miles of coverage term remaining.

Where do I go for repairs?
Repairs can be handled conveniently though any GM dealership or licensed repair facility in the United States and Canada.

Do I have to make an appointment for repairs or maintenance?Appointment requirements are based on the policy of the individual GM
dealership or licensed repair facility.

If I am on vacation or traveling out-of-state, who will service my vehicle?
For your convenience, there are thousands of GM dealerships and licensed repair facilities authorized to perform necessary repairs covered under the GM Protection Plan in the United States and Canada.

Well enough for this week and again THANK YOU for everyone who has purchased from me and to All of those who haven't WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR.
