Always wanted a C6 Vette and finally got one!
This is my introduction to the group. Just bought a 2012 manual trans Grand Sport with 31k miles on her. I’ve already added some Forgestar F14’s and a carbon fiber extended ZR1 wing. I’ve also got a Halltech Killer Bee cold air kit to throw on there soon. This GS is gonna be my daily (eek!) for a while. Gotta say I absolutely love this car and it is the best daily driver ever! It’s everything I hoped for. Ive also got a 2009 CTS V that ran 9.8 on blower and is currently being changed over to a single turbo setup so I’m no newbie when it comes to fast LS cars. Anyway, just saying hi and I’m looking forward to tapping into all the knowledge in this group. 👍🏻

Welcome to the Forum, Jeff, and congratulations on your sharp C6 GS!
I am sure you background in LS performance may prove useful to other C6 owners.

A C-6 is a fantastic DD and an awesome hiway cruiser.
I took mine to work everyday. Drive from New York to North Carolina? No problem. Never got tired or cramped on 16 hour trips.
My wife agreed. Whenever we were doing a road trip ie was which car. Always took the vette. Of course you have to cut back on luggage.
A small compromise.
Funny part is cops wave at you. Never felt I was a target of the hiway patrol.
Have fun with yours's. Don't baby it.
