Default Greetings!

Hello!

Always looking for input from those in the know.

A converted SLK owner test-driving Corvettes. I really enjoyed my latest ride (2011 Grand Sport). This one is listed at around $51 K with just under 6,000 miles. It has blue tooth and navi.

Upon arriving it was on the showroom floor. My wife and I both notice one of the "wings" was ajar from the top being down. (those little flaps that fly out a touch during operation of the top) Odd. I also found it peculiar that a 2011 with such low miles wouldn't be labeled as "Certified pre-Owned."

Nonetheless, beautiful ride.

Thoughts from "those in the know."

I am hoping to be an OWNER in the very near future.

Welcome to the CF, and very cool GS!

SLKs are cool. Just picked a 2014 SLK 350 from the factory in Germany.

Loved my SLK350!

Unfortunately had to get rid of it prior to our move. It is a great ride. I really, really enjoyed the hard top convertible!

Yeah they are no Corvette, but they are still really cool.

Thanks to all for the warm reception!

Hopefully I join the ranks of a Corvette owner soon.

Have my eye on the one mentioned above. A 2011 with low miles could be tough to beat. Black on black is so STEALTH. LOL Now it's time to see if "the price is right?"

Did not end up getting car in my initial post. HOWEVER, did put down $$ today on CPO 2012 Grand Sport 4LT (4000 miles). Still black on black.

After much back-and-forth was very pleased with the deal. Pick up Monday.

Hopefully you will able to deal with all my questions!

Delivered yesterday.

2012 Centeniall Edition with under 3500 miles. 6-speed stick. Learning all the ins/outs is gonna be a blast!

Love these SEATS!!!! LOL But what, no connectivity for my Samsung smartphone? (Boo!) Thank goodness I still have an IPod.

Lesson 1: program the garage door.

As always, thanks for ALL the input.
