New owner in Tennessee
Hey guys, I'm Casey, 28 yr old, living outside of Nashville, TN
Ive been on here for a few years now, but just finally picked up my first vette back in June. It's an '04 LB c5z. Really liked that it didnt have the CE stripes on it. I'm the 6th owner of the car according to the carfax report.
Mods on the car were:
-k&n intake
-headers(unknown brand)
-exhaust (unknown brand)
-sony head unit
-short shifter(unknown brand)
-msd wires
So far LOVE the car! Puts a smile on my face every time I drive it. My previous car was a '95 nissan r33 skyline. It was fun to drive and the uniqueness of it and the inline 6 turbo rb25, but having a full fledge sports car now is just a joy.
I don't really plan to do much to it as I already enjoy the power and dont really need more. Just want to do cosmetic stuff. New exhaust, probably BB bullet. New audio(head unit, speakers, 8" sub), HIDs, replace the short shifter(current one is VERY stiff), wheels and tires.
Other than that, I want to get a seperate wheel/tire and pads/rotor setup for doing track days.
Anyways, super happy to finally be an owner. Ive been wanting one for several years now and glad to have one in the garage.
Heres a few iphone pics of the car. I actually do automotive photgraphy as a hobby, but dont want to shoot the vette til i get new wheels for it. Don't like shooting cars with stock wheels.
Day I bought it
First road trip
Before and after shot of my garage. Apparently I have a thing for double circle taillights.
