69 is fine!
Hi, I just wanted to introduce myself. I have a 1969 convertible that i have owned since 1984. I recently got it back from Coast Corvette out in CA where it had been in a 10 year project.
The car is awesome with its 427 tripower built to ZL1 specs, although it is obviously not a ZL1. I did other things like put in a Doug Nash six speed, upgraded the disc brakes, polyeurothane bushings, fat swaybars in the front and back, and much more.
My old man bought his Vette brand new in 1960. He took a bus up to the factory to pick it up and drive it home. When I was a kid I used to sit on his lap and steer. It was a blast and I have been hooked on Vettes ever since.

Hello and welcome to the Forum from NE Ohio. Congrats on completing your '69 project. Sounds like a great looking Vette and can't wait to see some pics.

So far, the only way I found to post pictures is I have created an album and put pictures of my Vette up in the album.
Here is the link to the album anyhow. http://forums.corvetteforum.com/memb...-69-34901.html
