New C6 owner
Recently picked up a 2005 corvette with 29k on the odometer. The current mods are comp cam, kooks long tubes, x pipe, magnaflow exhaust, intake, 160 stat and Z06 wheels. Bought the car about 5 days ago and i am assuming the previous owner pulled the tune out of the car because it seems to stall out with downshifts into first or with the AC on at low idle. Also the car idles high at 1000 rpm and the deal refuses to pay for a re-tune of the vehicle. Looking for some advice on how to get the dealer to accept responsible for the tune since its not tuned properly. I know have to pay 500 for a local dyno tuner to tune the car properly so the vette stops stalling out constantly.
