just picked up my first vette saturday, 2001 with 32k miles. i believe he was a member on here

known mods:
kooks long tubes and midpipe
B&B bullet catback
mti ported heads stg 3
mti cam (unknown specs)
ls6 intake
blackwing filter
mti plug wires

dynoed at 408hp

i got to looking around the car, and have some questions. one of the onwers had a bunch of gauges in it, there are a bunch of wires tucked under the glove box. i know of of the is an autometer boost/vac(i have the same one) but i dont know what the others are.

#1 will MTI have info on this car if i give them the vin? im trying to find out if it has one of their kits on it. i found it has a ported TB, the guy i bought it from didnt mention this so the kit may be unknown

#2 what is the lever on the right side of the steering column for? it moves front to back but it doesnt move anything.
