I'm really happy to be able to say I'm back to the forum. I am a returning member who left the Corvette world about 5 years ago. At that time I owned a 1982 C3. To make a long story short, I ended up with lung cancer, and had a lung removed. The cancer was caught early enough so I managed to survive that. The bad part was the operation was messed up and left me in constant pain. Six months later, I fell off a boat and shattered both wrists. This necessitated years of narcotic painkillers. Wife made me get rid of all high speed toys I wened myself off the dope and my wife started bitching about my stick pick-up. She went on vacation and I told her I'd get an auto. Voila Welcome 2003 C-5. Is she gonna be pissed when she comes back Thanks to the forum I have already sorted all the minor problems that come with a used car. Having been a member of this forum before, I know what a great bunch of people are here.
Welcome back. I can relate to the cancer thing as I'm undergoing chemo treatment right now (almost done though). Keep fighting and following the doctor's orders.
