I’m Joe Johnson and have been a car nut since my cousin took me for a ride in his brand new 1957 Corvette. I was hooked! Do the math and you can figure out that I’m an old guy.
I have owned a 1964 roadster (pretty stock), a 1966 coupe (tricked out with fender flares, hooker headers wide rear tires, etc.), a 1965 roadster (both tops, my favorite), a 1981 coupe (stock), a 1991 coupe (stock), and a 1992 roadster. In 2000 I built a Factory Five Cobra Replica and sold it a couple of years ago. Currently I must be satisfied with my Toyota Tundra pickup truck but I’m saving my pennies for a new ride.

Actually there are only two of them that I wish I still had. The '65 Roadster and the '93. The '65 had both tops and A/C - unusual in that year especially with a 4 speed. The '93 was purchased new and it had all the creature comforts. One sweet ride!
